Our UK-based service desk operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with optional 24/7 support. All our staff hold Microsoft and ITIL Foundation certifications, ensuring consistently high-quality service from the first contact.

Our infrastructure support team collaborates with the service desk to deliver technical expertise and proactive service management, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We continue to provide Professional Services for projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, campus network design and deployment, and Windows client build solutions.
