  • The DVSA’s Future Theory Test Service (FTTS)
    We helped deliver the world's largest online driving test service, enabling over 1.5 million students annually to book tests seamlessly. This GDS-compliant portal processes an average of 11,000 bookings daily, saving taxpayers £40 million annually.
  • DVSA Centre of Excellence (CoE)
    For the DVSA, our CoE model delivered rapid app development, reduced duplication, and ensured their solutions met GDS standards.
  • DVSA Commercial Vehicle Service (CVS)
    As the Microsoft Business Applications specialist working on the CVS project, Kerv has: modernised and automated business processes; reduced errors associated with manual processes; increased the quality and timeliness of test data; and better enabled the DVSA’s capacity to prevent non-roadworthy vehicles from operating; thereby improving road safety. Benefits include online services, improved payment processes and transparency in test information for all DVSA’s commercial fleet and haulage customers.
  • DVSA Enforcement Casework Transformation (ECT)
    For the DVSA’s ECT project, we successfully redesigned and re-platformed of DVSA's entire enforcement case management system onto a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solution, in really tight timescales.
  • DVLA Driver Medical
    For the DVLA, we have transformed the communication and management of health conditions relating to driver licensing across UK&I, using Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform-based, delivered as part of the broader ‘Evolve’ Programme.
  • IP Rights Management for the UK IPO
    Our Dynamics 365-based case management solution allows users to register, search, and manage intellectual property efficiently, streamlining service delivery.
  • Customer Case Management System (CCMS) for DVSA
    By replacing legacy systems with a modern Dynamics 365 solution, we reduced case backlogs and improved service transparency, supporting complaints handling, FOI requests, and parliamentary queries.
  • Digital Portals Partner to EA & Defra
    In our role as a specialist portals partner, Kerv is embedded in a team enabling true services transformation at both a business process and technology level. We are simplifying and enhancing the user experience for both citizens & businesses as they interact with government and the regulator in the management of environmental permissions. Kerv's portal accelerators reduce time to value, whilst ensuring that the Environment Agency retain the agility needed to respond to future priorities.

    For the Royal Navy, Kerv has rapidly delivered Low Code application solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, using best practice governance, management and administration components that has also delivered wider benefits across the MOD.
