In 2008, AVM acquired Matrix Display Systems making AVM the largest systems integrator and service provider in the industry with a turnover in excess of £35m. Our public sector team are members of the Emergency Planning Society so we can be aware of the scenarios and issues challenging the emergency services and adapt to the demands of the environment.
We offer consultancy and system design for solutions that will improve how you plan, communicate and collaborate in a variety of routine briefing, operational planning, command and control and training scenarios. These include control rooms, mobile incident command units and healthcare training environments. Our designs always combine maximum functionality with exceptional ease of use. AVM has a highly qualified and experienced service division with engineers based all around the UK providing a rapid response to problems, as well as undertaking preventative maintenance visits. Our service division runs audio and video helpdesks, offers free loan equipment during repairs and supplies permanent onsite engineers to give clients immediate support, training and advice on their systems.
AVM’s service helpdesk is staffed by fully trained personnel and is typically available during business hours, providing first, second and third line support. This can be extended as necessary. We offer swift and knowledgeable response to clients’ enquiries, ensuring your systems will always work at optimum levels. To help you set up and manage your video systems, video facilities are included within contracts. We maintain a permanent test video system that can be accessed 24 hours a day and offer a fully managed video service provided through AVM’s own Video Network Operations Centre, AVM Connect.

We offer a seamless and professional service including on time delivery of equipment, speedy set-up and collection of all goods.
AVM has a training department staffed by training professionals. They are very experienced at training, coaching and motivating users at all levels so that you get the most ut of your investment.
